Empowerment is the process of providing someone with the authority and resources to do something like executing a task or leading an organization. This blog seeks to empower you to leverage faith-based principles to become more effective leaders. I do that by sharing my practical leadership insights from over three decades of corporate leadership.
You most likely already have too many emails to read, too many priorities with your name on them, and probably wish you could squeeze an extra hour in between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm; and while you are at it, an extra day between Thursday and Friday. Therefore, I will not demand significantly more of your time to read another blog.
Germain Empowerment blog posts are short roughly two-minutes-or-less-read thought-provoking nuggets centered around sharpening your leadership skills. It is aligned to one of the following just for you:
- Teaching a new concept,
- Validating what you are unsure about, or
- Encouraging you to take that action you already know about but have not taken.
